Reciful ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Chrome extension and website handle your information.
Reciful is designed with privacy as a core principle. Here is exactly what we collect:
All recipes, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device using the Chrome Extension Storage API. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use the iPhone export feature (QR code), which encodes the recipe in the URL — no data is sent to our servers.
Pro plan purchases are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. When you make a purchase, Stripe collects your payment information directly. We only receive your email address to verify your license. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
If you purchase a Pro plan, your email address is sent to our server solely to verify your license status. This is the only data we store server-side. We do not use this email for any other purpose.
Our website (reciful.app) does not use tracking cookies or analytics. We use Railway for hosting, which may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) for operational purposes.
Reciful is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Reciful after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at support@reciful.app.
Reciful is committed to keeping your data yours. Simple as that.
